CPI (California Psychological Inventory) is an extensive and profound personality test. It consists of 434 questions. The Inventory is used for the identification of a person's management potential.

EAR (Expanded Analyses Report - MBTI Step II) In four dimensions and 20 subscales it produces a varied image of the personal resource profile. It is part of the background information for an interview.

EQ-i ( BarOn Emotional Quotient Inventory) describes the candidates' emotional intelligence profile in 5 domains and 5 subscales. It gives an impressions of how this candidate will convert his personal and intellectual potential in his relation to other people.

WPT (Wonderlic Personell Test) is an ordinary intelligence test. It consists of 50 increasingly difficult questions. It paints a picture of the candidate's cognitive profile. It is often used for screening and as an overall support in the recruiting process.
