- Screening of candidates.
- Elaborating interviews with selected candidates from the first screening.
Test



- Testing the best candidates by the business psychologist.
- Informing the candidate about the results of the test.
Amalie Search & Selection and the business psychologist jointly choose the best test or tests for the assignment in question.
Assessment and presentation

The client and Amalie Search & Selection jointly prepare at least two assignments/problems to which the best candidates must present their solutions during the assessment. The business psychologist is present at the presentation. After the presentation each candidate is evaluated and references are obtained.
Contract negotiations


Upon the obtaining of references the client and the candidate negotiate the contract of employment.
Evaluation

Amalie Search & Selection follows up on assignment 1, 3 and 6 months after the candidate's start at the company in order to make sure that co-operation between client and candidate is successful.
