Mr. Torben Rønsov, Managing Partner founded Amalie Search & Selection in 2003.
Since 1999 Mr. Torben Rønsov has been selecting managers and specialists – most recently as a Senior Consultant in the firm of PwC Consulting, Search & Selection, PricewaterhouseCoopers. As regards managing and sales Mr. Torben Rønsov has a past at the Danish Defence as well as experience from his job as a National Sales Manager in a subsidiary of one of the world's largest security companies, Securitas AB.

Mr. Torben Rønsov's main task is to advise and select managers and specialists from Danish middle-sized companies, for subsidiaries of foreign companies in Denmark as well as for companies in the process of establishing themselves. Furthermore Mr. Rønsov operates in the following three lines of business: real estate, contracting and developing.
Mr. Torben Rønsov's theoretical and practical background is as a line officer of the Danish Defence.
