Amalie Search & Selection is a recruitment company mainly recruiting and selecting managers and specialists from middle-sized Danish companies, for subsidiaries of foreign companies in Denmark as well as for companies in the process of establishing themselves. Furthermore we operate in the following three lines of business: real estate, contracting and developing.
Mostly Amalie Search & Selection acts as a sparing partner for line and functions managers in the companies.
We control the recruting process from the first meeting in the company until the final hiring of the chosen candidate. If the client wishes to use his own HR department we only perform parts of the process in a cooperation with the client.
